When you arrive at the villa, you will be overwhelmed by a sensation of perfect peace and quiet; the green of the vegetation, the yellow of the lemons which ripen all year round, and the blue of the sea are the dominant colours, while the house itself is immersed in the surrounding vegetation, so that it is almost invisible from outside.

Situated on a vast estate, known as "La Badia" since it once belonged to an ancient convent located on the mountainside. This estate is now an extensive area devoted to well tended lemon cultivation, with trellises stretching from the peak of the promontory almost as far as sea level.

Guests here may enjoy the exclusive use of the attractive swimming-pool where the architect's imaginative flair is again revealed: one side of the pool is made up of the retaining wall of the sheer sea cliff, while it also has its own private sea access.

In view of its position, this villa is not recommended for parties with children under the age of 12. It can be approached by a narrow tarred road, using the small cars provided by the owners.

On the Ground Floor there is access via a pergola of lemon trees: large veranda with sea view, large living-room with dining area, WC with washbasin, kitchen with larder and dishwasher , open-air dining area with cooking area and barbecue.

On a Raised Floor there is 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and dressing-room, laundry/ironing-room. Possibility of one extra bedroom (of lower quality) with one double bed.

On the Floor Below there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms - every bedroom has a bathroom with shower. There is also a Dressing-room with showers and access to terrace which leads straight to the swimming pool.
