The villa was only completed in mid-1995 and is set in a large garden with long beach frontage. There's a large swimming pool with a thatched pavilion, a spacious main building, a large open living area perfectly suited to entertain visitors, as well as a separate guest house.

Pool with Main Building Swimming Pool & Beach. All buildings have traditional thatched roofs and are furnished with a number of antiques and some valuable paintings. Bedrooms have terraces facing the pool and the sea, and large sliding doors to let in the fresh sea breeze.

Living Pavilion with Sea View. Living Pavilion with Main Building. In the center of the main building is the large entrance hall and dining area. Right in front is a huge pavilion furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and over-looking the swimming pool and sea. The kitchen is located in an adjacent building and connected to the dining area by a covered bridge. It is equipped with a professional stove, grill, large refrigerator/freezer, ice cream machine, etc.

Master Bedroom/Plunge Pool of Master Suite/Master Bathroom. The main building's library lounge (with a TV set) leads to the air-conditioned master suite with a spacious dressing area, open air bathroom with sunken tub, and an outdoor plunge pool.

2 Guest rooms (left), Living area and Pavilion/Guest room in the Main Building. There are two more air-conditioned guest bedrooms on two levels on the other side of the main building, each with its own terrace, dressing area, and open-air bathroom.

Guest House with 2 Bedrooms/Bathrooms in Guest House. On the side of the main building towards the sea is the separate guest house with two more bedrooms (without air-conditioning but with ceiling fans and their own open-air bathrooms) which share a small private living area.
