It has provided us with the experience to attend to every detail, needs, and so much more that a traditional Hotel Concierge would, well we can provide all these services as well. Our aim to exceed ALL your expectations. We help train staff, maids, chefs, cooks, property managers provide the best attention to detail according to anyone's wishes and needs.
In the world of villa rentals all is rarely more important that a key local person there to assist you plan activities, tours, massages, SPA treatments, book the best local restaurants, guide you in your whereabouts and make sure that your stay is pleasurable and impeccable. This concierge person, depending on the level of accommodation you are renting can be exclusively there for you or may have other duties in the villa you are renting. Sometimes a chef or regional cook, or a server can do the trick. At other times and for our 5 star villas also known as Goldline Villas, we often have the best individuals in place able to do anything and everything at the snap of your finger…
There is only a few properties around
the world that would qualify to be a Goldline villa. We have given this
distinction to about 220 properties around the world. They are professionally
managed with full 5 star service. From concierge to chef, daily maid service,
morning to turn down, server, security to driver if needed. A must, the
property has to be impeccable in its location, decor and atmosphere, 5
star standards in the bathrooms, linens, and facility. Many villas would
have all this and still would not qualify to be a Goldline villa if we
are not able to put in place the service we know our clients require.
A service where we can for sure say that it will be completely professional
and where we would have control over what is done for the guests.
