Tuscany Villa 6492 is situated at the top of one of these hills, in a superbly tranquil position, enclosed in an estate of 17 hectares. After careful recent renovation, the house has been furnished with excellent quality period items in a typical Tuscan style, and equipped with a multitude of accessories which make it extremely comfortable and ideal for a relaxing holiday: billiard table, three satellite TVs, one with video-recorder, and Hi Fi system.

In the spacious outdoor areas guests may enjoy the use of the private 6x12 m swimming-pool, as well as of a large sun terrace and barbecue.

Situated about 4 km from Lastra a Signa, where it is possible to find all essential services: shops, supermarkets, banks and post office, while the centre of Florence is just 15 km away. Convenient road links place the property within easy reach of all the major cultural centres of Tuscany, while Livorno and the Tyrrhenian beaches are only an hour away by car.

On the ground floor there is an entrance with small living-room and a game table, a large living-room with a fireplace and a piano situated with the billiard room that offers a frigo-bar. From the billiard room it is possible to go out to the large furnished terrace with views of the swimming pool. On this floor there is 1 single bedroom with bathroom and shower, and 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower.

The Lower Floor offers the kitchen/dining-room with dishwasher and fireplace, and 3 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower.

One can exit out to the garden from both the Ground floor and from the Lower floor.

There is also a dependance apartment available that offers an additional double bedroom with bathroom and shower. The dependance is rented in addition only if additional bedroom is needed.
