At the bottom of the gardens you will find a boathouse and private port offering a small motorboat, catamaran, kayaks, water-skis, a windsurfer and a yacht beckoning for a jet set escape along the Côte d‚Azur.

This villa has been entirely renovated and maintained on a daily basis by full time maintenance staff.

Villa 6596 shares a secured car park with up to 15 spaces with Villa 6597.

There are separate staff quarters, which can accommodate 3 permanent staff, on site 24/7.

The property is completely closed of to the public and spreads out over 5500m2 of land. It offers direct access to the sea with around 350m of cost line and a private port with moorings.

There is also a boat house containing the following equipment: Kayak/canoe, small catamaran sailing boat, small motor boat 4ch (usage free of charge), water skiing (rates 150 euros per hour), a 6 person boat (rental 150 euros half day, 300 euros full day, without skipper, plus petrol), an 11 person boat with skipper 11 metres Jeanneau Prestige 34 (rental 1500 euros plus petrol).

Cannes Villa 6596 has 2000m2 of gardens, a 60m2 heatable swimming pool and 500m2 of living area.

It is composed of 11 lovely bedrooms all with en suit bathrooms with Jacuzzi baths and /or multi-jet showers and separate toilettes.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room, on the second floor, a sauna and a Jacuzzi with a sea view.

It also has a pool house (80m2) completely equipped for outdoor living, barbecue, bar, shaded sitting area.
