St Barths Villa 20068 is a new contemporary 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom villa.

Located on Vitet hillside, at only few minutes from Lorient beach, this compentorary spacious villa is a perfect hideaway.

All components for a perfect vacation in a large villa are brought together.

In addition, the villa has a bungalow close to the pool, an equipped gym room with flat screen tv and a desk with a computer.

The villa is surrounded by a luxurious tropical garden.

The swimming pool, (30 ft by 10 ft) is overlooking the ocean. It is surrounded by a large deck. The pool has its own pool house with outside shower and guest toilet.

Contemporary design deckchairs are on the deck.  

The villa has two livings and two dinings areas.

Facing the deck, the pool and the ocean is a large living room, equipped with comfortable sofas.

There is also a fully equiped kitchen and a dining area.

The Villa is also equipped with television with french and american satellite, a DVD and CD player and wireless internet connection. 

The kitchen is fully equipped for 12 persons. Equipment includes: Fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a large outside gas barbecue.  

The bedrooms are overlooking the garden and the sea.

Each bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, flat screen television, bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

Some bath and beach towels will be at your disposal. 

A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sunday and holidays).
