Sardinia Villa 20125 is situated on the hills of Porto Cervo, on the highest point of the centre of town.

The villa comprises of a large and airy living room on two levels, dining area, wide equipped kitchen and 7 bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

Offering a total of sixteen beds: 5 double bedrooms (one with possible addition of another two beds), 1 bedroom with two single beds; and 1 bedroom with bunk beds.

The Main House has 4 bedrooms each with separate entrances, internal and external. The dependance has two double bedrooms with a view of the sea with two large bathrooms and an additional bedroom with bath.

The property also consists of a beautiful garden, covered and uncovered patios, overlooking the sea and marina and the island of La Maddalena, a small solarium, and a gazebo for outside dinner.

There are two access for cars parking for 4 cars and one for pedestrian.
