The villa lies seven miles north of San Pedro town, on the beautiful island of Ambergris Caye.

The warm Caribbean Sea and soft white sand are right at your door.

World Class snorkeling at Mexico Rocks is a short boat ride away.

This villa is 6000 square feet in size, situated on two and half acres of ocean front, consisting of a main house, two guest palapas and a guest cottage.

In the main house on the lower level is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

There is also a master bedroom and guest bedroom.

On the upper level there is a loft area, where one can sit and relax. This area leads out to an upper sundeck.

There is also the 3rd guest bedroom on the upper level.

The two guest palapas have one bedroom each, they are located North and South of the main house, and are connected to the main house with a veranda.

To the rear of the main house is the guest cottage with 1 bedroom.

All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Furnished with antiques from Guatemala, each room has been designed with it's own unique theme.

Bedding: 2 King Beds, 4 Queen Beds (Single Beds available if needed) and convertible sofabed.

Location: San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize, Caribbean (7 Miles North of San Pedro Town).

Belize is located approximately two hours from four major cities in the US; Miami, New Orleans, Houston or North Carolina. Flights out of Los Angeles connect through Guatemala and El Salvador. The major airlines servicing Belize include Continental, American, US Airways and TACA.

Ambergris Caye is located approximately 15 minutes by air from mainland Belize. Hourly flights from the Philip Goldson International Airport as well as the Belize City Municipal Airstrip to Ambergris Caye are provided by the local airlines Maya Island Air and Tropic Air.

Visitors to Ambergris Caye can also travel from Belize City by local water taxis. These are open speedboats with outboard engines with the ride lasting between 45 min. and 2 hours depending upon whether there are stops at the other islands in between. Visitors can purchase tickets for the water taxis on the north side of the river at the Maritime Museum located at the foot of the Belize Swing Bridge in Belize City.
