The second floor apartment has wall to wall glass doors and windows, that separate the outdoor living spaces from the two separate indoor spaces.

On the other side of the passage way, looking out to the ocean, is the second master bedroom, in its own completely separate compartment. A contemporary bedroom suite, very luxurious and comfortable, offering a bedroom with king bed and a cozy hideaway area, equipped with a full home media center. There is also a private Jacuzzi and open shower.
There is another guest bedroom that is exceptionally private and has an incredible view of the rain forest covered mountains.
There are two guest bathrooms, one is a trendy violet room and the other is blue with exquisite marble and recycled bottled glass tiles.
The third floor is reached from a bamboo staircase off the terrace, this floor is a unique outdoor covered area that can be used as an additional relaxation or entertainment space. Offering 360 degree Ocean and Mountain views. Equipped with dining table and lounge chairs.
Situated on the other side of the infinity swimming pool is a Guest Casita, located in an ultra private setting against the rainforest and looks out to the electrifying blue ocean.
The Guest Casita has 2 floors. On the first floor is the third Master bedroom, which has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. French doors open out directly to a charming dining patio, which further leads out to the infinity pool, and outdoor Jacuzzi. Outside lounge area with Koi pond.

Portocito's secluded small cove beach is just below the villa, about 3 minutes by foot... depending on the person. Otherwise known as "Little Paradise" or Peque�a Paradiso. The nearest beach by car is Portocito Beach, and it's less than 2 minutes drive away. The gorgeous palm lined Hermosa Beach is just beyond that, a mere 5 minutes drive. It takes a couple hours to walk to these larger beaches; it is that long! Ballena Marine National Park is 15 minutes by car. It is visible from the villa, as is Ca�o Island and the Three Sister Islands.
The villa is located 9 kilometers south of Dominical, in the South Pacific region of Costa Rica. From San Jose Intl airport it is a fast 2 1/2 hour drive along the scenic Pacific Ocean on one side and mountains on the other.
Alternately, you can take a 30 minute domestic flight from San Jose to either Capos Airport, at 30 minutes away, OR Palmar Sur Airport, which is 40 minutes drive to the villa. (Sorry not too many large Private Jets can land at these Domestic Airports. Please confirm landing strip capabilities)
Or perhaps you may want to make an entire tour of your trip down to the villa. A 6 hour driving tour can be arranged from San Jose with stops off at all scenic mountain areas, including volcanoes, forests, as well as restaurants and shopping, all along the way.
