Grenada Estate 20351 is more a private Boutique Hotel than a villa rental.

Totally private and ideally suited to celebrities and those seeking total seclusion.

This is 5 star luxury and service, without doubt the best house in Grenada.

The estate consists of two separate structures; the main house which boasts 6 ensuite bedrooms and a converted two bedroom guest house.

Equipped with 2 living rooms including an excellent media room, dining, kitchen and pool area, with extensive verandas and Tiki huts.

The main house with 6 bedrooms, was completely renovated and modernized by the traditional owners in 2005 while retaining the old colonial style of the house. All rooms have beautiful traditional furniture. Many bedrooms have Italian four poster beds. All have air conditioning. All rooms have dual power European 240 and USA 110 Volts.

There are a number of living and dining spaces.

Featuring the Caribbean's largest privately owned infinity edge swimming pool. The swimming pool is the finest in the West Indies, 65 foot infinity edge, 9 feet deep, and a kids friendly beach entry area that you can rope off. There is also a Hot Tub.

There is a traditional Great room with a billiard table and media area.

The guest house sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. There is also a Kitchen and Dining Area. Extensive verandas and a second swimming pool.

A most unusual little guest cottage, where its round bedroom has to be one of the most romantic bedrooms in the world. It has a huge English four poster bed which takes up almost all of the room! The little round windows and door look right over the water at the yachts bobbing on the bay.

The small round kitchen dining bar leads out to the large open plan veranda dining and living area.

The upper sun deck also has a dining table with a stunning sunset view over the bay. There is a small plunge pool at the guest cottage.

Out on the main grounds there are 3 Tiki huts, a BBQ area and table tennis. Two acres of lush tropical gardens with walkways among exotic fruits and plants. Outdoor seating areas, many quiet spots, Cabanas etc.

There is a small Private Beach. A deep water dock that can handle large yachts up to 150 feet. There are also 3 yacht moorings available opposite the beach. Kayaks, a Laser Stratos sailboat and snorkeling equipment are all provided.Also includes use of all water toys.

The local scuba diving school will collect guests directly from the house dock.

The Main House has 3 King size bedrooms, 1 Queen size bedroom, 1 Twin bedroom, and 2 Double bedrooms; for a maximum of 12 guests.

The Guest House has 1 Queen size bedroom, 1 Double bedroom; for a maximum of 4 guests.

There is possibility to have 2 additional guests, for an overall maximum of 18 guests in all.

Amenities include: Air Condition. Flat Screen TV. CD/DVD. Satellite TV. Phones and Internet.

On site staff accommodation ensures there is always someone on hand in the event of an emergency.

A complimentary meal with wine will be waiting for you on arrival.

Your reservation includes a full staff of 4 an excellent cook/housekeeper, 2 + domestic staff and a groundskeeper. Cost of food and beverages is additional. Staff gratuities are not included in the rates, and are left to your discretion. We recommend that any gratuities (sometimes known as tips or service charge) be given directly to the staff at the end of your stay.

A totally private property not overlooked at all. 12 foot high walls and the arched 10 foot high gates ensure privacy and security.

Located just 7 minutes from the airport. L'Anse aux Epines-Calabash beach: 0.5 km.

L'Anse aux Epines is Grenada's premier residential district and the location of many embassies including the American Embassy.

Within minutes drive from L'Anse aux Epines there is a wide choice of excellent restaurants.

The world famous Grande Anse beach is 5 minutes drive away, as is the large new Grande Anse shopping centre. St Georges town is 15 minutes away. The golf course is 10 minutes away.
