This is one of the most spectacular properties in Europe: Ibiza Estate 20377 is a 40,000 sq.m. secluded estate located on a wide bluff overlooking one of the most breathtaking bays in Ibiza.

The tropical garden is lined with hundreds of different palm trees, 1000 year old olive trees, two lakes and a waterfall which offers perfect rest and total privacy.

The garden was constructed over a 7 year period by the famous Spanish landscape architect Jaime Mitjans.

The estate features a main house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two separate guest houses each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and two stunning pools.

All 3 houses offer perfect views of the Mediterranean Sea with spectacular sunrises and beautiful evenings under the moon.

The complex includes one of the largest and most beautiful tropical gardens outside Asia. The 40,000 square meter site contains hundreds of palm trees and exotic plants grouped around various lakes and waterfalls. The peaceful, shady garden is an ideal place to relax.

Also offering numerous sports facilities: the main house includes a large gym with the latest fitness equipment, a synthetic grass tennis court and two pools for swimming. The Olympic Pool., surrounded by palm trees, offers two 40 meter lanes and a nice relaxing area. Nearby, aside of a lake, children find a huge trampoline.

The main house is located directly on the coastline and has an infinity pool on the edge of the bluff. From all rooms you have a wonderful view over the bay and the sea. The main house has two floors.

On the lower floor you find the living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom with bath, the TV room and the library.

On the upper floor are two bedrooms and two bathroom.

A large gym with the latest fitness equipment is located in the basement, as is a separate bathroom.

The master bedroom offers a breathtaking 270 degree panorama of the Mediterranean and the palm trees of the tropical garden.

If needed, the library easily can be changed into a very spacious, comfortable bedroom.

Each of the 10 rooms in the main house offers a welcoming cosy atmosphere. The original red cedar ceilings lend the house plenty of warmth, the floor is of brown terra cotta tiles.

From each of the rooms you have a stunning view of the Mediterranean.

In the summer you can see hundreds of boats going across the bay to a nearby little island.

The home has numerous technological features such as: satellite TV with a giant screen, more than one hundred TV channels, video and DVD player, high speed Internet access and, in some rooms, touch screen panels for choosing television, music and light.

Guest House 1, like the main house, is on the bluff directly overlooking the sea and offers a superb view of the Mediterranean and the bay. To the rear the view goes into the tropical garden with a large waterfall.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room, connected with a nice kitchen. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

About 300 meters from the coast you find Guest House 2, located aside of a huge cactus garden. From here you can look across the entire estate. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a little kitchen and living room.

A few steps take you to the Olympic Pool and the tennis court.

The complex with its view across the bay may be superb, but the real attraction is the fantastic tropical garden covering 40,000 square meters. It was created over a seven year period by the famous Spanish landscape gardener Jaime Mitjans, and is regarded as one of the largest and most beautiful tropical gardens outside Asia. Here you can find hundreds of different palm trees, nearly all of them imported from Asia. Cactuses of the kind you normally only find in the deserts of Arizona. And a bamboo forest with plants over 5 meters tall.

In the garden you find lakes, waterfalls and a little river. They make the garden pleasantly fresh during the hot summer days on Ibiza. In a pond you can watch Kois, beautiful Asian fishes. The wooden pavilion in the middle of one lake offers a nice relaxing place.

There is garden illumination around the houses and pool next to the main house at night.

The Olympic size pool in the garden offers two 40 meter lanes for real swimmers, while the infinity pool at the main house is perfect for relaxing in the morning and afternoon sun. And if you prefer the warm and inviting Mediterranean there are private stairs to your own platform affording access to the sea.

If you don't just want to relax and sunbathe, but do something for your fitness as well, then Ibiza Estate is the right place for you: the gym in the basement has over 100 square meters in size. Here you will find numerous workout and strength machines by the American company Cybex. And for joggers there is a treadmill where you can set not only the speed, but also various gradients. Six ceiling mounted TV sets keep you entertained during your workout.

There is also a superb synthetic grass tennis court where you can even play in the evenings. The place is surrounded by orange trees and palms.

And for those of you with an interest in art, there are some of the finest life-size people sculptures by the renowned American artist Seward Johnson, who represented the United States at the World Expo in Seville. The sculptures are life size and made of bronze.

Pool Maintenance. Caretaker to run personal errands in the morning hours for to 2 hours 5 days a week. Additional cleaning staff for the afternoon and evening hours and Butler services can be arranged at additional charges.
