Located on the secluded Caribbean island of Anguilla, the main house is thoughtfully placed on a beautifully landscaped ten acre site in fashionable Little Harbour Bay on the south shore of the island.

Sitting on the coast at the mouth of the bay, the main residence faces South-East with a fabulous view of Dutch and French St. Martin and St. Barths in the distance.

The spectacular communal living and entertaining areas are situated on the upper level, which is accessed by walking through an exquisite water garden and ascending the imposing master staircase.

Private dining for 20 inside or outside on the pool terraces. Both the Main Villa and Guest Villa pool terraces are designed to hold up to 100 guests for cocktails or a wedding reception. The Beach pavilion can be set for larger groups but is also perfect for smaller romantic dinners.

There is a Tennis court and tennis pavilion equipped with kitchenette, dining and seating, large gym and shower room.

Large rectangular infinity pool situated in large deck area. Ideally positioned to capture the warm trade winds there are a multitude of attractive loungers and stunning, unobstructed views of the neighboring islands - making this a wonderful sunbathing and entertaining area.

There is also a thatched dining gazebo area at waters edge, situated between private beaches allowing safe and easy access for children and adults to wonderful swimming and snorkeling with the protected reef of Little Harbour. As well as a Beachside Jacuzzi. With extensive lawns leading down to the sea.
