Lake Como Villa 20582 is perfectly located, in the centre of the heart of Lake Como, on the water, with 5 minutes walk to the center of town.

Entrance into the property is off of the main coastal road, through a large, electric gate controlled by a surveillance camera. The parking area is ample and there is also a 3 car, covered garage.

The Main Villa has seven bedrooms and the Guest House has three bedrooms for a total of 20 guests.

Entrance into the Main Villa to a large marble foyer with a beautiful, wrap-around marble staircase, and large chandelier hanging from a 40 foot hand-painted fresco ceiling.

The rear end of the foyer enters into a space which leads to a gym and workout area equipped with parquet floor, yoga balls and mats, free weights, elliptical machine, stationary bike, and a full bathroom with shower.

18 marble steps up from the main foyer leads to the first floor where the main living room is located. The living room boasts marble floors, high ceilings, antique furniture, a large chandelier, and direct access out onto the back garden, giving views out onto the lake. The back garden also has a gate which leads out onto a lakefront boardwalk.

To the left of living room is a formal dining room with a long rectangular dining table for 10.

To the right of the living room is a sitting and tea room with a marble fireplace, couches and chairs, large 85’ flat screen TV, DVD, and views out onto the back garden.

The first floor also has a 2 room kitchen. The first room is an informal dining and breakfast area with a dining table for 8 and beautiful cabinetry which originate from an Italian delicatessen. The kitchen, which is an extension of the dining area, is a modern space with a 6 range stovetop, a convection oven, a large refrigerator/freezer, blender, microwave, and espresso machine. The kitchen looks out over the main entrance of the villa.

The first floor is completed by a twin bedroom with an external bathroom.

There is also a fully functioning, 8 person modern elevator taking guests between all bedroom floors.

The second floor is found up a flight of 30 marble steps. There are a further 5 bedrooms.

On the top third floor is the 7th bedroom, which is a large double bedroom suite with a 900 square foot bathtub.

The Guest House is found above the three-car garage and boasts its own separate entrance, therefore, it can be rented as part of the entire villa or as a completely independent unit.

Upon entering there is the Laundry Room with washing machine.

One flight of 16 stone steps brings you to the main floor which hosts the open living room with L-shaped couch, a stone fireplace, and flat screen TV. The living room is also air conditioned.

There is a full kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.

Both the kitchen and living rooms look out over entrance driveway of the main villa.

The Guest House has 3 bedrooms.

The villa is roughly 45 minutes from Malpensa airport (Milan) or Agno in Lugano.
