Costa Rica Villa 20620 is a private “all-inclusive” 23 bedroom getaway. 

There are 16 bedrooms in the main villa and 7 bedrooms in the guest villa. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The guest villa is located 1 minute walk along pathway.

This “All Inclusive Luxury Villa is located 2 minutes from Playa Ocotal, Guanacaste Costa Rica.  Playa Ocotal is a very safe and friendly beach village only 20 minutes from the new Daniel Oduber International Airport (Liberia Airport).

The villa is located on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean and beach resort of Playa Ocotal.

The villa is located in the middle of all the tourist attractions, sport fishing, beach activities, scuba diving, horseback riding, nature tours, volcanoes, and rain forest. Two miles north is Coco Beach, a great Costa Rica village with lots of nightlife.

Offering all the amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, with 20000 sq. ft. consisting of 23 private bedrooms, Jacuzzis, water fall, large infinity edge pool, large deck overlooking the pacific, exercise equipment, foosball, pool table, ping pong, three bars, a large Tiki-Hut Entertainment Area, security guard, paradise landscaping, and a penthouse observation Tiki-hut/rancho.  Full time staff of 9 persons.

The private and spacious guest quarters are well appointed with private baths, intimate ocean-View Balconies, ceiling fans, ceramic floors,  ocean view sliding glass doors, air-conditioned and sound resistant. 

The infinity edge swimming pool is 65,000 gallons with a 22’ water fall that dumps thousands of gallons of fresh cool water.

The Main villa with 16 bedrooms is laid out as 6 separate quarter areas, which allow each group to maintain a certain level of privacy.  These areas were designed so that each room has it's own private balcony and bathroom/shower. 

Area A, rooms are located on the first floor.  Handicap accessible to the pool, deck, lower rooms and two entertainment areas. Bedroom #1 has one king bed and a private bath. Bedroom #2 has one king bed and a private bath

Area B, rooms are located on the first floor.  Handicap accessible to the pool, deck, lower rooms and two entertainment areas. Bedroom #3 has one king bed and a private bath. Bedroom #4 has one king bed and a private bath.

Area C, rooms are located on the second floor and share a balcony, Bedroom #5 has one king bed, one queen bed, and a private bath.  This bedroom connects to bedroom #6 (great for parents that have small children) Ocean View. Bedroom #6 has one king bed and a private bath. No View, Bedroom #7 has one king bed and a private bath.  Ocean View.

Area D, rooms are located on the second floor and face the rock wall on the mountainside of the villa.  Great for late sleepers as they are in the quietest area of the villa. Bedroom #8 has one queen bed and a private bath. Bedroom #9 has one queen bed and a private bath.

Area E, rooms are located on the second floor and have ocean views and individual balconies. Bedroom #10 has one king bed and a private bath. Bedroom #11 has one king bed and a private bath as well as a jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #12 has one king bed and a private bath as well as a jacuzzi tub.

Area F, rooms are located on the second floor and share a balcony. Bedroom #13 has one king bed and a private bath.  This room can connect with bedroom #14.  View overlooks the rock wall and the mountainside. Bedroom #14 has one king bed plus one queen bed and a private bath. View overlooks the pool. Bedroom #15 has one king bed plus one queen bed and a private bath.  View overlooks the pool. Bedroom #16 has one king bed and a private bath.  View overlooks the pool and ocean.

The Guest villa has seven full sized suites. Each suite offers "5-Star" amenities. Luxury bedding for a perfect night's rest. Separate in-suite air conditioning to personalize your in-room comfort. Oversized doors, windows and overhead fans that allow you to let in the fresh hilltop breezes and jungle aromas. Of special note, for groups with a sizable number of younger children, this villa features a larger “group suite” featuring eight separate bunk beds . . . an experience the kids will surely enjoy.

Also this is a full villa with Living and Dining rooms, Kitchen and lounge areas.

On the First Floor is Bedroom Suite 1 with King size bed with bathroom with shower and Ocean views. Bedroom Suite 2 with King size bed with bathroom with shower and Forest views. Bedroom Suite 3 with two twin size beds with bathroom with bathtub and Forest views. * Of special note, suite #1 offers handicap access.

On the Second Floor is Bedroom Suite 4 with King size bed with bathroom with shower and Ocean views. Bedroom Suite 5 has a Queen size bed with bathroom with shower and Ocean views. Bedroom Suite 6 has a Queen size bed with bathroom with shower and Ocean views. Bedroom Suite 7 has four Bunk beds with bathroom with shower and Forest views.

The Fabulous Staff Consists of: Chef, Bartender, Servers, Housekeeping, Maids, Security Guard, Driver, Maintenance, and House Manager.

Ocotal beach is ideal for swimming and beach activities such as 'jungle ball', which is volleyball on the beach. At anchor in Ocotal Bay are sport-fishing boats, ready to take the adventurous out to hook a marlin or sail fish. Snorkeling, diving, and land excursions may also be arranged by your villa staff.

During your stay, take a stroll around. There are many resident monkeys in the trees of Ocotal to spot, plus a myriad of tropical birds and other wildlife to encounter.
