Puerto Vallarta Estate 20622 is made up of a Main 12 bedroom villas and Guest Villa with additional 8 bedrooms.

The Main villa is a gorgeous five-level, 12 bedroom villa with spectacular views of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta from everywhere along the 18,000 square feet of this ideal vacation villa.

It is tucked away in the hillside among lush surroundings, yet only minutes away from Restaurant Row and nearby beaches. 

Only five minute walk to the best of Puerto Vallarta, the "Romantic Zone", where restaurants, clubs, outdoor cafes, and cobblestone streets welcome you.

This vacation rental comes complete with 300 degree peak point views, large pool, air conditioning, CD sound system, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, Cantera stone flooring, white marble showers, and a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen. 

The rooftop palapa bar terrace gives you an ample 25 X 45 terrace for weddings, receptions, or your family's reunion or special event.

The bedrooms were designed so that every bedroom, while fully private, has an open-air panoramic view of the Bay of Banderas.

Seven of the eleven bedrooms can be closed off with sliding glass doors and come with air-conditioning. Every bedroom comes with old-fashioned armoires, plenty of space, ceiling fans, and bathrooms. There is an extra-large two-bedroom Family Suite with living room, dining room, and kitchen as well.

The kitchen is all marble, fully equipped with Nordic air refrigerator-freezers, three ovens, stainless steel grills, and even an outside marble barbeque. Guests can eat right at the table for casual lunches or late night chats, and the kitchen is also readily accessible to the pool. 

The living area is open and spacious, lending itself nicely for entertainment as well as family-style gatherings.

The Guest villa is a charming three-level, 8 bedroom villa with spectacular views of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta from everywhere among the 6,000 square feet of this ideal vacation villa.

Each of the bedrooms have private bath, air conditioning and fabulous views of the bay by day and the city lights at night.  

The swimming pool and wet bar area provides generous space for savoring a cool drink while lounging and sunning.

The open-air, common spaces include a large living room, comfortable dining room and breakfast room with several terraces and patios for your complete enjoyment. 

The family room has a big screen television, complete with a DVD player.

The patio overlooks a garden courtyard with tropical flowers and a soothing water fountain.

There are bedrooms on every level: garden level, main level, and top floor, giving you complete privacy. 

The top floor has plenty of charm, with many details such as this mosaic tiled dome that sits on top of the dining area.

The villa has a stereo system which plays throughout the villa, by the pool and roof top deck and bar. It has Sirius Satellite radio and iPod hookups and you are able to control the volume in each room.

Reservation includes Full Staff of houseman, daily maid service, and a cook on the premises, available at your request.

It also has a large basketball court and 15 car parking (good for reunions and family functions of all kinds).
