The Estate consists of three buildings, a two story main villa, a separate private guest villa on its right side and another building with staff rooms/garage on the left side.

There is an open dining pavilion in the coconut garden next to the beach.

There are three swimming pools, the 12m x 22m olympic size main swimming pool with bale, kid's paddling pool, and a 6m x 10m free-form villa swimming pool.

The buildings have big glass windows/doors to allow the sunlight fall into the inside and to make it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Entering the entrance area and the main hall you can face the kid's paddle pool, the main pool, the garden with huge coconut trees and the ocean.

On your left is a hall with original crafts such as Balinese coin statues and jade craft. The adjacent living area is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a bar with barstools, wine and spirit rack, a large LCD TV with DVD/VCD player, a BOSE surround system and a cigar humidor.

The adjacent indoor dining area can seats up to 8 guests, and the kitchens have everything a chef needs to prepare delicious meals.

The owner's bedroom next to this remains locked.

The private guest villa on the right of the main villa features its own kitchen/dining area, two bedrooms, a living room and a own free-form swimming pool.

The two main villa bedrooms are located on the upper floor, both with big glass door/windows and large balconies with bale overlooking the garden and ocean. Each bedroom has a four-poster king-size bed, comfortable sofa/chairs and a desk, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, toilet and bidet and spacious walk-in wardrobes; the master bedroom has separate TV lounge with comfortable sofas.

The two bedrooms in the guest villa also feature king-size four-poster beds, comfortable chairs and desk, ensuite bathrooms with double sinks and bathtub, toilet and bidet.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have TV sets connected with satellite to receive international movies and news/sports channels.
