Bali Villa 20761 is a comfortable new 3 bedroom villa set in a unique location offering spectacular views.

The villa consists of two buildings and an open pavilion with traditional thatched roof for massage treatments next to the swimming pool (with a shallow area for small kids).

One building accommodates on one level the modern kitchen and an open living/dining area furnished with a dining table for up to 8 guests and comfortable sofas with cushions.

Ceiling fans guarantee permanent ventilation but usually you enjoy the natural breeze.

The living and dining areas overlook the swimming pool and tropical garden.

The three air-conditioned bedrooms occupy an adjacent 2-story building.

The upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with large shower and bath tub and a terrace offering a spectacular view relaxing on the comfortable sofa.

The two downstairs bedrooms have one queen-size bed each and share one bathroom with a corner bath tub.

The larger bedroom faces the swimming pool and features a walk-in wardrobe and a small lounge with an extra sofa bed.

The third (smaller) bedroom faces north and you can enjoy the beautiful view right from your bed.

There is a newly added bathroom by the swimming pool with toilet, sink and shower.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, a large refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc.
