Offering complete privacy and serenity, the villa is truly spacious, and has vast tropical gardens.
All of it's five bedrooms have ocean views. With 800 square meters of living space on 3270 square meters of land.
This Alang Alang Balinese Thatch Roof villa has a main living room with 100 square meters in size and a second living room on an upper level with 45 square meters. Both are unenclosed.
The air-conditioned dining room measures 50 square meters.
The movie room measures 100 square meters and is equipped with High Definition cinema system.
Five air-conditioned double bedrooms with queen and king sized beds. Each has an ensuite bathroom, with bathtub as well as shower. Walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a 37 inch LCD television, satellite programming, DVD player and Bose sound system. All five bedrooms have sea views.
There is a Tennis court with night lighting. A 250 square meters seminar room. And also Fitness equipment.
