Anguilla Estate 20778 is a combination of two private 5 bedroom villas offering 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms for up to 24 guests (20 Adults).

Villas come packaged with a full service team including concierge, butler, chef, housekeepers and security. Rates are inclusive of all breakfasts, dinner cheffing service, as well all beverages consumed in the home. A collection of professionals are on call to provide a wide range of other services including spa, massage, sports and personal exercise training.

Each of the villas have their own swimming pool, hot tub, kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, lounges and decks.

There is also a Tennis Court and fully equipped Gym. 

The North Villa is situated on the north side of the estate and is perched on the edge of the cliff.

All master bedrooms and living spaces offer western views of the coast line and sunset views.

The North Villa features an amazing staircase atrium with a massive skylight above and a beautiful water feature below. 

This villa offers 5 bedrooms, it's own living and dining spaces, roof lounge, pool deck and cliff edge hot tub. 

Equipped with several decks and covered areas for group gatherings and private space.

There is a Living Room with Media Center and Reading Area. Indoor Dining. Outdoor Dining. Kitchen, Prep Kitchen, and Outdoor Built-In BBQ. Pool Deck and Lounge. Roof Lounge. Cliff Edge Hot Tub that holds 6.

The South Villa is a wheelchair accessible home, equipped with elevator, roll in showers, pool lift, and other features.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, it's own living and dining spaces, roof lounge, pool deck and cliff edge hot tub.

For smaller groups you can rent either the 5 Bedroom North Villa or 5 Bedroom South Villa. With special note that only the South Villa has Wheelchair Accessible features.

If rented separately, guests will share the common areas of the Tennis Court, Gym and Wedding Platform.

Everything else will be completely private and separated by the Wedding Platform dividing the properties with paths.

The total walk from one villa to the other is not more than 30 yards.

Located in Little Bay, Anguilla.

Little Bay Beach is a few minutes walk and a small climb the hill to the beach. Lime Stone Beach is 5 minutes walk. Shoal Bay is 12 minutes drive, and Crocus Bay is a 3 minutes drive.
