Jose Ignacio Estate 20781 is made up of a 5 bedroom Main House and a 5 bedroom Guest House for up to 20 guests.

The Main House offers a large fireplace and numerous bay windows in the living area, that create a bright and cozy space to relax or entertain.

Stylish rugs and decorations, including several works of art, add a splash of color to the generous use of white wood throughout the villa.

The villa comes with two kitchens; one connected to a formal dining area for entertaining, and a professional kitchen with a smaller dining area for more intimate or family settings.

There are five bedrooms, four of which have en suite bathrooms. The comfortable master suite comes with a fireplace and a plasma TV with DirecTV; its floor-to-ceiling windows give uninterrupted views out to the beach and ocean. A private and attached exterior deck allows you to soak in the sun and views.

The other guest rooms are all arranged around an interior courtyard, with direct access to the patio and pool, and each is simply, yet elegantly decorated.

The master bathroom is full of natural light and comes with a soaking tub and stand-alone shower. There are four other bathrooms, one for each guest bedroom.

The villa is designed around a large internal courtyard, which contains a lap pool and several inviting chaise lounges.

A minute's walk next door brings you to the Guest House, a small entry patio with a garden and direct beach access greets you upon arrival.

There is a spacious living room, which includes two fireplaces, original leather chairs and plush sofas.

Floor to ceiling windows provide uninterrupted views, coupled with high ceilings, creating a bright and airy living area. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a games room.

Two comfortable master suites each have views out to the beach. There are three other comfortable guest bedrooms, one of which is ideally suited for small children.

The bathrooms, some en suite, are decorated in tile and glass.

Amenities include: Plasma TV, DirecTV; WIFI, BOSE music system; central heating, air purification system, fireplace, swimming pool.

Terrace overlooks the beach and incorporates a parrilla ( BBQ) for outdoor dining opportunities.

Aside from the sand dunes and beach access, the villas have several patios and terraces which allow you to enjoy its beachfront location.

Nearby, a tennis court is available at the exclusive community clubhouse.

In January and February, your personal host can make arrangements to attend some of the many exclusive events in the area.

Jose Ignacio’s primary attraction is its setting – a tranquil, waterside village that caters to the jet set crowd. This sleepy town offers year round attractions, but during the Austral summer, Jose Ignacio comes alive with events and activities.

Some of the recommended activities in and around the area include: relaxing and playing on the beach; horseback riding; paragliding; yachting; surfing; trekking or mountain biking in the surrounding countryside; enjoying a summer polo match; bird watching; kite surfing; and ocean fishing aboard a private yacht.

When you want a break from the activities, a number of nearby excursions let you enjoy some of Uruguay’s other prime attractions, such as Punta del Este, the famous seaside resort and home to much of Uruguay’s clubs and nightlife; the charming village of La Barra, with it's pristine beach, nightlife and international restaurants; or perhaps a nice stroll through the village of Jose Igancio.
