In the Main House on the Ground Floor there is a large entrance way comprising of two dining areas and two seating areas both with a fireplace. Kitchen area comprising of two separate rooms and pantry equipped to cater for the grandest of functions. Office area (equipped with PC, broadband internet connection, fax, telephone and stereo). Two guest bathrooms. Staff bedroom and bathroom. Wrought iron spiral staircase to the cellar.

On the First Floor there is a Reading room with fireplace and divine sea views. Two bedroom suites with sea views and round beds. Opaque glass walls separate the sleeping areas from the dressing and bathroom areas. Two bedroom suites with hillside views, each with a bedroom with a four poster bed, a drawing room with sofa and TV and an ensuite bathroom.

The Rooftop has a terrace (250 square meters) just under the lighthouse lamp with four canopied beds from which to enjoy the panoramic views.

The First Guest House consists of a ground floor living area and bathroom. The mezzanine sleeping area is equipped with a king size bed and has a glass panel in the ceiling allowing guests to enjoy the night skies

Second Guest House consists of a ground floor living area and bathroom. The mezzanine sleeping area is equipped with a king size bed and has a glass panel in the ceiling.

All bedrooms equipped with king size bed, Satellite TV, DVD, stereo, air conditioning, safe and mini bar.

There is also a fully equipped private gym that can be prepared on site on request.

There is an Infinity swimming pool (14x6m) with Jacuzzi jets and stunning sea views.

Walled gardens (3,000 square meters). Barbeque area with white sofas and a 12-metre fireplace.

Glass gazebos that can be set up for dining or as an outside living area.

Staff includes complimentary concierge service. Maid service 6 hours per day, seven days a week. Transfers to and from Cagliari airport. All additional staff including additional cleaning available on request.
