The Second Floor has 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, panoramic terrace of 80 m2 equipped with a sun terrace area.

There is a Guest House that is accessed from the garden and is 30 m away, that offers a kitchen with dining area, oven and dishwasher, living room, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower. Large, enclosed, private garden.

The Main Villa is equipped with numerous accessories such as: an air conditioning system, central heating, satellite TV, DVD and HIFI, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

In the private, enclosed garden there is a pretty swimming pool of exclusive use with sun terrace.

Approx. 100 meters away, the guests can use a tennis court (cement paving) that is also shared with two other pleasant properties.
