To approach the villa from town, one walks along the promenade of shops and restaurants and near to the end there is a small gate which leads into the property.

The lovely garden opens out, planted with flowers and Mediterranean trees and shrubs, which leads to the terrace.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for up to 10 guests, made up of 8 adults and 4 children.

The lawn is beautifully manicured and there is a plunge swimming pool tucked away, for cooling off in the heat of the day.

The villa was completely refurbished and now offers all modern conveniences, including WiFi, Flat screens, high quality linens, light neutral colors and bright ‘seaside’ fabrics. There is parking for 1 car.

If air condition is desired, arrangements can be made to install rental units, but with the villa's location on the sea with breeze, etc., it really does not need air condition and the villa was built to take advantage of the cool breezes.
