Some venues have to follow noise by-laws and require that you shut down by 11 or 12 midnight, not at here, you will have no neighbors, so party on with your guests.

Located 10 km from Puerto Vallarta on the South Coast, only 15 minutes from the heart of Puerto Vallarta where you have shopping, great restaurants, and night life.  This Private Villa is situated right across from Los Arcos, a National Marine Park, great for Snorkeling, Scuba Diving or just watching the Marine Life.

If you decide to rent a car during your stay, you will receive complete directions and address of the Villa via email with the villa contact information.

There is also a bus stop on the highway right across from the villa, the cost is 5.5 pesos (55 cents) should you wish to experience the Mexican transportation system.  Many guests like to take the bus for short trips back and forth to town, it’s worth at least one try.  And of course we can always arrange pick-up by taxi to and from the villa.
