South Beach Villa 20904 is located on one of the most luxurious Private Islands neighborhoods in Miami.

Just only 5 minutes from the beach and from all entertainment (nightclubs, bars, restaurants) the worldwide famous promenade Lincoln Road, 8 minutes from the airport.  

At this villa, you will experience a luxurious stay like you've never experienced before. Offering 9 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, for up to 18 guests.

The villa comes with a daily housekeeper from Monday to Friday, and also offering other services, at your request such as: Chef from Le Cordon Bleu Academy, (preferably 1 month in advance reservation required), Bilingual Babysitter, Butler, Night Shift Housekeeper,  In-House Pedicure/Manicure,  In-House Massage.

The house has a 37' luxurious Yacht that is available for rent, as well as a 2008 Black Porsche Cayenne. The car rental includes the transfer to/from the airport.

On the First Level there is a 600 square feet Kitchen with breakfast hardwood table that accommodates 16 people.

Living Room with fireplace (although you do not need a fireplace in Miami!)

Formal Dining Room (accommodates 14 people)

Bar Area with Wine Cooler & Ice Maker machine.

Family Room with a 71" Plasma TV, Play Station, Home Theatre.

There is also a Laundry Area with Maid's Quarter. Pool Bathroom with a shower, and a Powder Room.

A Spa equipped with a finish sauna and a steamer.

On the Pool Terrace there is a 60,000 gallon swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi. BBQ AREA plus a lunch/dining solid wood table.

Private dock with Boat Lift overlooking Miami's downtown Skyline.

Amenities include: Air Conditioning. Electricity Surcharge may apply for over-usage. Built-in ceiling speakers throughout indoor and outdoor. There is Elevator Access to all floors of the villa.
