Scotland house 20911 sleeps up to 55 guests in 24 bedrooms.
The interior design of every bedroom and bathroom (virtually all are en suite) is entirely unique.
Some bedrooms are traditional, with relaxing neutral tones, whilst others are more modern with a design rivalling the best boutique hotels worldwide.
The idea is to make your stay truly memorable and get as far away as possible from the anonymous hotel feeling!
The house has two kitchens - one for private use for the duration of your stay, and one for caterers.
The "family" kitchen is fully equipped for up to 55 guests, and has two large solid oak tables as the centerpiece of the room. Many guests enjoy the informality of the family kitchen to take light meals or grab a cup of tea. The kitchen has two dishwashers, a double oven, a large "American-style" fridge, and a hob. It has a modern design, with oak and stainless steel cabinets.
The catering kitchen contains everything necessary for caterers to prepare a meal for up to 160 people. Please note - as this is all professional equipment, it can only be used by professional caterers.
On the Ground floor there is a Double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
On the First floor there are Eight bedrooms.

The Courtyard Wing offers Five bedrooms.

Please note, some of the bedrooms with King beds can be separated to make 2 twin beds instead.
For a wedding or event you are welcome to invite up to 260 guests for the day and evening. For an elegant sit down meal up to 160 can be accommodated in the ballroom, but there are several other reception areas where the meal can be held if the group is smaller.
The house stands in 15 acres of grounds with a river, woodlands and ancient trees.
The principal rooms of the house all look onto formal gardens and the impressive vista includes no less than the second tallest tree in Scotland!
These south facing gardens form a stunning backdrop to wedding photos.
The woodlands lead down to a stream and our own small private river. Walking down to the river is the perfect way to idle away a pleasant 20 minutes.
There are croquet and boules, to allow you to enjoy the grounds to their full extent.
Reservation include full staff of house manager, maids, cook, servers, wedding planner.
Located very close to Iverness.
The Highlands are renowned as one of the most beautiful areas of the British Isles, and some might argue - even of the world. The dramatic scenery is stunning for walks and drives, whilst Inverness itself is a vibrant modern city with first class amenities, ranging from excellent shops to a modern theatre which boasts excellent productions.
