In the center of Paris, near to the famous place de la Bastille, this wonderful house is the vision of and architect, who has converted an ancient warehouse into a country manor in the heart of the city.
On two levels, a large glass roof tops the main living area, flooding the building with natural light.
A huge green house separates the living room from the glorious 100 m tropical garden, which includes a delightful pond.
From the original structure, bricks and wood have been preserved, together with its balconies and teak decking, creating a haven of peace and light.
Each bedroom is independent, and the garden serves as a place to eat, or to relax and unwind.
On the Ground floor you pass though the doors, and on the second corridor, which opens onto the garden, there is teak decking, that leads you around to the small entrance hall.
From here you can access the fully equipped kitchen section with its eating area; a modern staircase leads up to the first floor and dominates the large living area, which is extremely spacious and includes a corner dining room.
Large bay windows open onto the pond and garden, the lounge includes a fireplace, hi-fi, and two large sofas.
The First floor offers a Master bedroom with bed of 140 x 200, a window opening onto the water, a bathtub with clawed feet in the corner of the room, washbasin, and an independent WC.
From the hall, a second corridor leads to the blue bedroom, which includes a large bed of 140 x 200, and a bathroom shared with the third bedroom, which is found on the same level as the hall.
This bedroom also has French doors that open onto the garden, and a bed of 140 x 190.
From the teak walkway, an independent apartment can be accessed, which includes on the round floor an office, TV, stereo and a wooden staircase that leads up to a large bedroom with a sky dome, a bed of 140 x 190, and a balcony which overlooks the garden.
In the garden, there is a large area for relaxing, including a table for 8 people, flowers, plants and tropical species encirculating the pond.
