On the First floor there is a very large master bedroom with two queen-size beds and bathrooms suite spectacular sea view, and large furnished terrace.
The basement has a large home cinema room and snooker/bar room.
Amenities include: Air Condition and Central heating in every room. TV chains. Stereo. Internet wi-fi access.
Reservation includes: Electricity, gas, heating. Linen and towels changed once a week, Final cleaning.
Staff of Staff: Maid and Cook for 6 days per week (9 AM to 4 PM), Sundays and public holidays excluded. Bedrooms cleaning start at 10 am. An evening Cook is available at additional charge. Cost of food additional. Gardener for 8 hours a day for 6 days per week, for garden and pool. Laundry equipment is available for client's disposal, Laundry service is available at additional charge. Overtime or additional charges if requested are charge at 13,75 euros per hour during the week and at 18.50 euros per hour weekends.
A Lexus 430 presidents with driver at 1000 euros per week and Rover Defender (9 seater) at 400 euros per week are available.
Arrival time after 3 PM, Departure time 10 AM.
DISTANCES: Walking distance to the sea, tennis courts and marina. Boats could be arranged from the Sotogrande Marina. 6 golf courses within 10 minutes, 3 of them consider within the first European 50 (Valderama, Sotogrande and San Rogue), Sotogrande, the main European polo centre. Malaga is at 30 minutes, Seville and Granada at 2 hours. Morocco 1 hour by hovercraft. Closest airports are Gibraltar (20 minutes), Malaga and Jerez at 1 hour.
