It has been tastefully converted into a villa with pretty country style bedrooms on different levels and modern bathrooms and kitchen.
The result is a farmhouse of a high standard situated on top of a hill, east of Lucca, with magnificent views over the plain below.

The swimming pool is in a breathtaking position about 150 metres from the house. By the side of the pool there is a cabin with kitchenette and bathroom.
There is a tennis court on the estate.
The house has satellite TV, VCR and hi/fi system.
The maid who takes care of the villa is also an excellent cook and, on request, she will cook local dishes for clients.
There's an office, on the estate, with English speaking staff, is at clients disposal to give assistance.
Amenities include: telephone, dishwasher and washing machine.
The ground floor has a large living room with fireplace that opens to the garden, a TV room, a small sitting room with fireplace, a large kitchen, and a dining room.
The first floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a twin bedroom with bathroom en suite, a double bedroom with bathroom, a laundry room, two twin bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Maid service is included in the price 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, for general cleaning and laundry for the guests.
