Tucked away in a magical corner of southern Tuscany.

Perched up on top of a cliff which overlooks the sea, not too far from places which are interesting historically speaking, and amongst the authentic natural wonders of the Maremma Natural Park, stands the Tuscany Torre 7013.

An historic Spanish Tower erected to protect against the Saracen invasions. The Tower has recently undergone restoration and is now the ideal house to rent for one's extraordinary holidays.

Located of the Via Aurelia, and with just a few hundred metres through the Mediterranean shrub, you begin to see the Tower, which is set on private land, enclosed by an electronic security gate.

One cannot be but thoroughly impressed by the wonderful view and the natural beauties which appear before one's eyes and which can be fully appreciated from every corner of the Tower.

A small boulevard of magnificent agave cacti lead to the front door, creating a romantic and exotic atmosphere.

On having entered the front door, on your right you will come across a wide open space, which is a dining area with fireplace.

On this level are two double bedrooms each with independent bathrooms; one with bathtub and the other with a shower.

Continuing on, along the entrance corridor and to the left of the dining room, is a fully equipped modern kitchen.

At the end of the corridor there is a third bedroom. It too has its own independent bathroom, with shower and bathtub.

At the end of this corridor there is a staircase which leads to the first floor.

On the first floor there is an enormous living room, equipped with air conditioning and fireplace, and from which one is free to admire a fabulous view at 180°. This living room is furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and couches, on one side of the room and, on the other, there is a rectangular antique wooden table which can easily accommodate up to 8 people.

From this living room, one has access to a splendid terrace which is divided into two areas: dining on one side and relaxation on the other, where you will also find deck chairs suitable for sunbathing.

The view from the terrace is breathtaking. It captures Porto S. Stefano and the hills of Mount Argentario on one side, and Talamone, with its charming walled town, and the hills of the Uccellina Natural Park on the other. One can also admire a spectacular view of the islands of Giannutri, Giglio and Montecristo, this last island being a very famous marine park.

On returning to the open space on the ground floor, there is a small staircase which leads to the look out tower. This too has been restored, and is divided into two floors.

It is made up of a double bedroom, with small bathroom containing shower facilities, walk in wardrobe and living room corner.

From the second floor, one has access to a small terrace.

The Tower is equipped with satellite television, direct telephone and internet.

It is surrounded by two terraces, one of which has been transformed into a splendid panoramic look out, amongst the greenery of the garden, equipped with a few essential pieces of sporting gear and deck chairs. It is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the wonderful sunshine, or after sunset, to enjoy the company of good friends and a glass of wine around the barbecue.

The property also has its own independent walking trail which leads directly to the sea, and its own private sunbathing deck, which gives the opportunity of private boat docking.

There is noswimming pool, but there is a jacuzzi for 8.

Every window has mosquito nets and every bedroom has ceiling fans.

There is an additional 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, air conditioned guest house available on request.

For a more comfortable stay, the following mandatory maintenance and domestic services are conducted for complete management of the historical home during the rental period. These services are to be paid for in cash, directly by the client in cash.

Housekeeping and Maintenance - One person 4 hours a day, 6 days a week for housekeeping. Cleaning and maintenance of the garden and swimming pool is conducted three times a week. The supply and changing of bedding, bath and pool towels on Saturday and Wednesday. Fee for the above services (domestic staff and linens) is €700 Euros.

Extra Services - Catering for lunches and dinners is additional. Final cleaning €150 Euros. Extra cleaning and maintenance will be charged at € 15 euros/hour per person.

Also included is water, gas and electricity. Wifi Internet. Heating is additional.

The following additional services are not included and are quoted "extra": Telephone usage. Car hire, without chauffeur. Transfer to and from airport. Day trips with skippered, private motorboat to the islands of Giannutri, Giglio, Argentario. Laundering and pressing of personal clothing. Wind surf and hobby cat. Beach umbrella on private beach.

We are able to arrange for the following: Visits to the local wineries, including tasting of local products. Visits to the WWF Oasis located in Capalbio. Guided tours with or without chauffeur to Siena, Pitigliano, Sovana, Pisa, Lucca and Florence.
