The modern mountain villa has great views on the mountain, it is surrounded by fields and forests and is in a very quiet area. It is 5 minutes walk from the river and 200 metres from a ski lift. There is a private road to the villa and is located on a 2 hectare(5 acre) picturesque rural property. Swiss Villa 7481 has been host to such famous people as Bono (from U2), Wim Wenders and Sharon Stone.
The villa has a tennis court and a small golf practice, the swimming pool can be prepared and heated for an additional cost.
There are 3 double bedrooms with king size beds and private showers. One has a bath. There are also 4 single bedrooms,each with a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is dish-washer. The Villa has a washing machine and dryer and a large fireplace.
The interior is lightened by bay windows with modern style decor.
