The main house features four bedrooms, each with private bathroom.

The large master suite and second master suite have balconies that open onto the pool and ocean front. Both these master suites each have a single king size bed.

The third bedroom has 1 king size bed; and the fourth has two queen size beds.

There is also a separate private master bedroom suite located off the courtyard with 1 king size beds and an additional queen size bed can be added if needed.

A long front corridor offers lush views of tropical gardens from walled courtyard gardens outside. Bananas, mangos, papayas, palms, plumeria, and hibiscus around. Courtyard and other wrought-iron gates are lockable for privacy and security.

The Gourmet Kitchen is well appointed with sub-Zero and Viking appliances, Kholer sinks with Euro-style Grohe fixtures, and a large pearl blue granite center island.
