An idyllic private three-villa enclave perched on a bluff in Anguilla overlooking the pristine white sands of Long Bay Beach and the peaceful Caribbean Sea. This gorgeous property consists of three distinct, sparkling white villas, inspired by the design themes of sea, sand and sky and Greek architectural influences. Each secluded island hideaway has it's own infinity edge pool with Jacuzzi, an outdoor dining pavilion and private access to beach with an ocean front beach house. The entire estate or each of its villas may be reserved on a space-available basis for periods of one week or more.

The property has two 5,500 square-foot villas with four master suites and one 6,700-square-foot villa with four master suites and an additional bedroom. Inspired by the design themes of sea, sand and sky, each villa’s interior reflects the soothing colors and natural textures associated with one of these three concepts. Generous vertical windows and pyramid-shaped skylights create an open ambiance. The two-story villas feature spacious living quarters with indoor/outdoor master baths; a common living area; complete contemporary kitchens; vaulted ceilings; honed marble floors; specially woven rugs; custom furnishings and other gracious appointments. The main floor is separated from the second level by a staircase that curves around a graceful white column.

Most master suites have their own entrances from outside and each has an adjoining white marble bathroom with double tub and freestanding shower. Each bedroom also has a sitting alcove and louvered windows offering stunning sea views.

All bathrooms have been designed with double sinks; separate bidet and toilet; a large outdoor shower separated by glass from the interior bathroom; and a round ‘villa table’ that accommodates electrical items, a makeup mirror and convenient stool.

Each kitchen features a Kashmire granite floor and counter, center island, double oven and sub-zero refrigerator. Unusual design elements include a floor-to-ceiling pantry with a built-in ladder.

In an alcove on the second level, facing out to sea, is an atelier gor guests requiring communication with the outside world during their stay. Its is appointed with a desk, computer and fax machine.

A private bougainlillea-lined walkway leads to the entrance of each villa. Lush vegetation throughout the estate offers seclusion. A reef a short distance from the beach further ensures privacy.

VILLA No. 1 OC#8253: Terraces that open to the infinity edge pool and the ocean beyond induce a natural lightness of being - while ivory, rust, burgundy, pewter and muted green interiors keep guests happily anchored to earth. VILLA No. 2 OC#8251: The Caribbean is Villa No. 2's muse. It's interiors mirror the serene waters' spectrum of blue and green hues. Drawing the eye and soul beyond windows and terraces to the horizon, the infinity edge pool and back in seamless transitions. Four master suites with terraces facing the sea and one bedroom with a private courtyard. The largest of the villas, it offers 6,700 sq. ft. of space.

VILLA No. 3 OC#8250 - From it’s perch atop the property’s highest point, Villa No. 3 is the embodiment of it’s namesake. Interior hues of aquamarine and royal blue with yellow accents set an eternal tone throughout its 5,500 sq. ft. of sweeping space. There are four master suites, three of which have private terraces overlooking the ocean.

Amenities: Natural materials and fabrics bespeak this property’s commitment to the highest standards of quality and invite comfort and a sense of well-being. Enjoy the Entertainment Center with flat screen plasma TV, DVD, CD and stereo equipment. And an Atelier facing the sea, appointed with a laptop computer, Internet access, printer and fax There is an Infinity edge pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. An outdoor sanctuary space and fully-outfitted fitness center and tennis court. There is also a Beach pavilion with bar service.

Recreation: Each villa has steps leading directly to the beach. The beach front dwelling is furnished with refreshments. Kayaking is available on site and other water sports such as snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing and fishing are easily accessible.
Three lighted latex acrylic tennis courts blend naturally into the contours of the landscape and are accessible by golf cart. A fully-outfitted gym with the latest equipment including treadmills, bikes and weights is available on site. Massages can be arranged on the beach or in-villa.

Dining: The property’s executive chef will plan menus and prepare meals for guests upon request. Meals can be served in your Villa, the outdoor dining pavilion or on the beach. In addition to catered dining at the villa, guests can choose to use a world-class kitchen in their villas or enjoy the islands many world-class restaurants.

Staff: A full compliment of staff is available to assist guests with needs and arrangements while in residence and throughout their travels in Anguilla. Guests of the property are greeted at the airport or ferry by their personal butler. A pre-arranged taxi will take guests from the ferry or airport to the property. Should guests desire a vehicle while on-island, the staff will arrange for delivery of a car. The resident host will also coordinate any special items guests would like to have available in their villa, in advance of arrival.
