This villa is beautifully furnished with an emphasis on color and comfort. The open air living and dining area has an unique Palapa style ceiling with lovely ocean views.

This magnificent villa with it's spectacular ocean views, is an ideal setting for relaxed or elegant entertaining.

Accommodating up to 10 persons, there are five air conditioned bedrooms with 4 King size beds, 2 singles in the other, each with self contained private bathrooms.T

he house is equipped with state-of-the-art Spirit Air conditioning throughout and a water purification system.

Amenities include Videos in every bedroom, Satellite TV, AM-FM radio, Cassette and CD music.

Puerto Vallarta Villa 8365 is a new deluxe beachfront villa, also located on the same quiet, private, sandy beach, near the Camino Real Hotel, next door to Villa 2639.

The ocean views are spectacular and an ideal setting for relaxed and elegant entertaining. There are four floors with an elevator.

This wonderful modern villa offers five large air-conditioned bedrooms each with King size beds and wonderful ocean views, with four full bathrooms made of granite and marble, large Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen.

There is Satellite TV in all bedrooms and the Living Room. Music is wired to all the bedrooms. And of course you get purified drinking water.

There is also a fantastic Infinity style, heated swimming pool, along with an Outdoor grill.

Enjoy year round swimming in the 2 spectacular heated pools and terrace area that focuses directly on the ocean.
