Located in the artistic lakeside village of Blevio, and rising directly out of the exquisite Lake Como, this villa faces the famous Grand Hotel Villa d’Este.

This villa is securely located down a quarter mile gated road guarded by a quaint old gate-house, in the midst of seven acres of luxuriant gardens and woods which also protect the Villa 9035 (This villa 9038 can be combined with villa 9035 if desired. The two residences are separated by a historic harbour flanked by ancient terracotta statues).

There is direct access on both the lake shore balcony and the lake shore terrace, making this the setting of much of your visits for dining and entertaining in Italian tradition.

Equipped with its own underground parking and a common boat dock, both are connected directly to the house, from which your own rented boat or the comfortable water taxis can whisk you at your choice to the Villa d’Este or to charming villages (Bellagio, etc) and fine restaurants which line the lake.

The villa has several floors and contains a lift. On the courtyard floor level there is a frescoed ceiling entrance hall with view of the lake.

There is also a frescoed ceiling music room with grand piano facing directly to the lake and the balcony; a frescoed ceiling living room with fire place; a frescoed ceiling dining room with fireplace.

There is also a large fully equipped contemporary kitchen.

On the First Floor there is another living room and TV area.

Bedroom one has one double bed, with view on the lake and marble bathroom.

Bedroom two also has one double bed, with view of the lake and marble bathroom.

Bedroom three has one double bed on the courtyard side.

The top floor level has a central living room on the lake side with the view of the lake.

There is one small kitchen with the view on the back yard.

Bedroom four has one double bed, with view on the lake and marble bathroom.

Bedroom five has one double bed, with view on the lake and marble bathroom.

Bedroom six has a French bed, with view on the lake and marble bathroom.

Bedroom seven has two twin beds, with view on the court yard and marble bathroom.

There is also a laundry room with 2 washing machines.

This villa is three miles from the charming old city of Como and one hour’s drive from the cosmopolitan city of Milan and from the Malpensa Airport.

The villa is air conditioned but you can also cool off by swimming in the Lake, or you can use the pool facility and services at Villa D’Este.

There a shared swimming pool with neighboring Villa 9035. It is located on the grounds away from both villas, with a pool house equipped with bath and shower plus a pool deck and BBQ.

Villa 9038 can be rented separately or together with Villa 9035 to create an exclusive est8te rental. Please note if you rent Villa 9035 by itself, for an additional charge you can have exclusive use of teh entire estate, if not there may be possibility of other guests sharing the pool and grounds during your stay. Aside from this each villa is completely independent and private.

The Hotel Villa D'Este is located on the opposite shore of the lake, and offers its restaurant and sporting club facilities such as tennis, water skiing, health spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and, on special request and depending on booking possibilities, access to villa D’Este's eighteen holes golf course.
