This villa is a lovingly renovated old stone house set in the Lucchese Hills amongst woodland and olive groves.

It is tastefully furnished in typical Tuscan style. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a satellite tv and video. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an open fire place. There is one double bed and one small single bed and a generous bathroom with shower.

The first floor has an open gallery which comprises of one double bed with an archway leading to a small lounge area with sofa and writing desk with computer and internet link. There is an air conditioning unit on this floor which keeps the whole house cool during the summer months.

As well as the many delightful country walks, there is a swimming pool set on the terraces of the olive grove and outdoor furniture for al fresco dining.
