To reach this estate on a private island, a small motor boat is necessary to cross a small branch of the Seine River.

It is a real island, a bit of paradise, one of the most beautiful areas in the Paris region, a true alchemy where art and poetry are married. The works of Monet seem to alternately gush with mysterious undergrowth and long views of the banks of the Seine in a salvo of colors.

The delicious, recently constructed Victorian veranda is a treasure chest of light where hours can be spent creating, dreaming or simply enjoying life.

The ground floor of the main house features an entrance opening onto a spacious living room with a large fireplace.

To one side there is the dining room with a large table to welcome the whole family.

The kitchen is totally equipped with an oven, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.

On the other side of the room there is a study. The Victorian veranda, 80 sqm in size, lets you enjoy the view of the park and the orchard in any kind of weather while peacefully dining outdoors, the decor is soft and warm.

The first floor features access to all the bedrooms. The first bedroom has double bed with an ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has double bed with bathroom. Third bedroom has a double bed and features a shower room. The Fourth bedroom features two single beds and its own bathroom. At the end of the corridor can be found the linen room.

The second floor was created for children. Located unde the eaves, there are two charming bedrooms with beds, which can be used as bedrooms or a lounge. There is also one bathroom and one shower room. Here too the atmosphere is delightful and welcoming for both children and adults.

The property is cared for by a couple who have been present for several generations and attend to, according to the seasons, the park, orchard, greenhouse, vegetable plot, lower courtyard and sheep as well as maintaining the tennis court and pool.

All of these area are available to the guests as well as an outdoor water outlet, two landing docks on each side of the small branch of the Seine and two small motor boats.

DISTANCES: Ile de Chantemesle. Giverny - 5 km. Versailles - 30 minutes. Paris - 45 minutes. Chantemesle is a good hour from Deauville. Eight golf courses located 30 minutes away.

The villa is only accessible by boat driven by guardian : 60 metres.
