The villa consists of a large entrance leading onto the spacious living room with sea view, a guest toilet and a dining room. Fully equipped kitchen in Provençal wood finish. American refrigerator. Bedroom 1 offers two single beds (90 cm) with en suite shower room.

On the Lower level there is a Master bedroom with ‘en suite’ study, lounge area and private terrace. En suite bathroom, separate shower and toilet.

Bedroom 3 offers a double bed (160 cm) with terrace overlooking the sea and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 offers double bed (160 cm), en suite bathroom.

There is also a Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Swimming pool level offers a self contained apartment with lounge, double bedroom, small equipped kitchen and sun terrace.

Additional amenities include a garage for two cars, lift to access the villa, hammam. Laundry included.

Location: Positioned on the east side of the exclusive St Jean Cap Ferrat peninsula. Ideal for long walks around the coast but within walking distance to local markets, restaurants, and the harbour of St Jean Cap Ferrat where you can enjoy a beautiful lunch or admire the yachts in the bay.
