St Barths Villa 976 is situated on two and a half acres of water front property inside the prestigious Montjean community, a guarded 18 villa development.

The Villa has over 2500 square feet including three sleeping suites with private bathrooms and balconies overlooking Marigot Bay and the countryside.

The 300 square foot pool is surrounded by a terracotta deck, comfortable lounge chairs and beautiful garden...yours exclusively.


The villa design includes cathedral ceilings with hand carved beams, oversized window shutters and imported marble flooring throughout. A privacy stone wall crafted by a popular local artist encloses the entrance, garden and courtyard patio.


MASTER SUITE: The master bedroom features a king Victorian rice four poster bed, mahogany dresser, highboy, and lingerie. Romantic sitting room adjacent to the bedroom overlooks Marigot Bay. The jacuzzi has eight adjustable jets, waterfall spout, and marble base. Bath fixtures are designer “Pillow Talk” with an art deco block shower.


GUEST SUITE: The upstairs guest suite is furnished with a Country Shaker queen bed with a Victorian lace canopy and skirt, M. Craig hand made armories and side tables, an antique wooden water closet, sink, and art deco block shower. A private balcony overlooks the sun deck, swimming pool, and Marigot Bay. There is a beautiful view from the balcony and bed.


STUDIO/SUITE: The studio/suite is complete with a kitchenette, sitting area, king size bed, full bathroom, and hand crafted closets. The studio has a private outside entrance at the pool level. The furnishings are white lacquer: King bed with mirrored head board, couch, side tables, and dresser.


MEZZANINE: Extra sleeping space ideal for children is available in the Mezzanine and is furnished with four twin and one king beds. The area is 30 x 25 and requires physical ability to climb a ladder.


KITCHEN: Superb hand crafted cabinets with Italian tile counter tops. Modern appliances offer convenience with pass-through window to the bar and salon. Kitchen window overlooks the bay.


DINING ROOM: There are three dining areas. The inside dining room is furnished with a glass top marble base table, black lacquer server, and 6 chairs. The bay view deck dining area seats 8 on a Allibeair set. The front patio dining seats 8 on a teak Argo set.


LIVING ROOM: Large open living room with Victorian wicker couches, chairs, two hand made M. Craig ash entertainment centers and crystal cocktail table. A relaxing room for entertainment. French doors lead into the salon which overlooks the ocean and Marigot Bay.


BAR & SALON: Full-service bar, hand made by Robert Z of Portland, Maine, is mahogany with a black marble top. The bar is in the salon which is the central entertaining room with two glass walls overlooking the pool, mountain side, Marigot Bay, the Guanahani Hotel, and the open ocean. The salon is furnished with Victorian wicker couches, chairs, carpet, and a crystal cocktail table.
