The north facing side of the apartment is on the fourth floor opening on to the small garden of Place Jean Baptiste Clement and just 300 meters from Place du Tertre. Meanwhile the south side of the apartment is on the 6th floor gazing across Paris.
The house where this flat is located is a private family house with antiques and engravings in the staircase, there are 2 families living in the other flats.
