Standing on the river Trent, surrounded by historic parkland, the mansion has been in the hands of this family since 1405, and the present Hall, built in 1745, with magnificent Reception Rooms, is the home of Robin and Kate Neilson and their three children.
Guests enjoy three four-poster and six twin-bedded rooms all with bath/shower. The Dining room seats 50.
There is extensive grounds and a private chapel.
Facilities include fishing, tennis court, walking and horse riding. Game shooting is organised between September and January.
