Villefranche Estate 9774 is a 5 Star Super Luxury Estate overlooking the bay in Villefranche on 3 hectares of expansive gardens and hillside.

The Estate has 400 meters of private coastline for you to enjoy.

With sleeping for up to 36 guests in 4 separate villas and 18 bedrooms.

The "La Maison de Maître", which is the Master House has 2 master bedroom suites and 6 large double bedrooms, the "La Villa Rose", which is the guest house called the Pink Villa has 3 master bedroom suites, 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, the "L’Atelier d'Artiste" or Artist Workshop is a guest cottage with one double bedroom, and the "La Maison de Pécheur" or Fisherman Hut is another guest cottage with one double bedroom.

"La Maison de Maître" the Master House offers 2 master bedroom suites and 6 large double bedrooms, sleeps 16.

It has a covered pool in the winter time, private access to the sea, Jacuzzi, and is Sea Front.

On the Fourth Floor there is an elevator, guest toilet, and 2 master bedroom suites.

The Aguirre Bedroom Suite offers a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with tub, shower, and 2 basins, dressing room, salon, and balcony.

The Pollen Bedroom Suite offers a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with tub, shower, and 2 basins, dressing room, salon, and balcony.

On the Third Floor, which is situated at street level, there is an entry hall, guest toilet, billiard room, main living room, dining room, office with lift for warm meals straight down to the kitchen, terrace and balcony.

On the Second Floor there is access to the elevator, hall which leads out to the swimming pool, guest toilet, main kitchen, a terrace that is ideal for breakfast.

The Bedroom Dubuffet offers two twin beds, bathroom with tub, and 2 basins.

Bedroom Thonet offers a king size beds, bathroom with tub, shower, and 2 basins.

The Guest House "La Villa Rose" or the Pink Villa has 3 bedroom suites, 3 master bedrooms bedrooms, and a small bedroom, the villa sleeps 13. It consists of 2 buildings with Wing A and Wing B.

Wing A offers from the Second Floor the Bedroom Provencial Paloma which has 2 twin beds and ensuite bathroom with tub, shower, and 2 basins.

Bedroom Provencial Roussillon has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, shower, and 2 basins.

On the First Floor there is the Bedroom Suite du Navigateur which offers a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with tub, shower and 2 basins, a Salon, Dressing Room, and Terrace.

On the Ground floor there is a fitness room, bathroom, shower, jacuzzi, TV, salon, and bar.

From the First Floor of Wing A there is an outdoor corridor which connects you to Wing B.

Wing B offers from the Second Floor the Bedroom Suite Asiatique with double bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, shower, 2 basins, and a salon.

On the First Floor is Bedroom Africaine with double bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, shower, 2 basins, dressing room and a terrace.

“La Maison du Pécheur”, the Fisherman Hut is located at the water’s edge and offers one double bedroom.

On the Ground Floor there is a salon with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower, basin, and toilets, there is also an outside shower.

There is direct access to the sea, but no beach, there are soft stairs that lead down to the water from the rocks.

“L'Atelier d'Artiste” ,the Artist Workshop - offers one double bedroom on a mezzanine. There are terraces on the roof and on the lower level, a bathroom with tub, basin, and toilet.

Full staff of maids, cook and server available at an additional cost.

There is also a lift, that transports guests from the villa to the sea shore and back.

Please note this villa rents for monthly minimums in July and August, may rents for 2 week minimum all other times.

The Estate is located on the Villefranche Bay, 12 km from Nice International Airport, and 15 km from Monaco.
