The villa is situated in Montes Juntos, on the hillside above Vale de Parra, 2km from Gale beach & 8km from Albufeira.

It is in a quiet rural position with good views but within easy walking distance of the nearest supermarket. To go elsewhere, car hire essential. The pool is 9m x 5m approximately and is surrounded by terracing with B.B.Q., the whole being set in mature gardens.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms; one twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and the other double bedroom and a bathroom. The lounge/dining room has a wood burning stove and satellite TV (with decoder). There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave.

On the first floor is a seperate entrance, a twin bedroom with sitting room, shower room.
