This amazing house is located close to the Marbella Club Hotel.

The villa offers an enormous 10 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and lounge areas.

The estate is equipped with a swimming pool, covered indoor winter pool, tennis court, movie cinema, recreation room and much more.

The villa is over 2,500 square meters in size, and the estate grounds is over 6,000 square meters.

From the Access level there is an impressive entrance hall with 2 guest toilets.

A large living room with three areas: 2 different seating areas and a piano bar, all of them opening to the covered terrace.
Along side the piano bar there is the entrance to a home theater cinema with comfortable couches.

On the other side of the main entrance is the dining room for 12, and a complete kitchen with breakfast area and TV. The kitchen area opens out onto a large terrace with dining table for 14. There is also an independent laundry room area.

On this same level are 2 bedroom suites, the first bedroom the Madrid Suite, offers an additional separate entrance from outside. The Suite is equipped with a Living room with a TV, toilet, kitchenette, double bedroom with access to the terrace that leads down to the garden and swimming pool, plus a dressing room and bathroom.

The second bedroom, the Barcelona Suite, also offers an additional separate entrance from outside. A Living area with TV, twin bedroom (which can be transformed into a double), and a bathroom.

On the First floor is the Marbella Suite: offering spectacular sea views. This is the master bedroom, and it has a large private terrace, Double bed, Living room with TV and an office with fax. Two dressing rooms and two bathrooms, one with a jet shower and another large bathtub.

The Malaga suite offers 2 Twin bedrooms, a small living room with TV, bathroom, and private terrace.

The Sevilla suite offers a Double bed, small living area with TV. bathroom, and private terrace.

On the Garden level there is a very large round indoor heated pool, and a large Jacuzzi.

The Granada suite is a separate apartment that offers 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. There is a small lounge area with TV, a kitchenette, dining table, there is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Plus access to the garden & pool.

The Valencia suite is a separate apartment that offer 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. There is a small living room with TV, and one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.

Also on the Garden Level is a huge living area with bar and TV area, opening to the covered terrace, which leads out to the garden, the pool, and the beach. There is also a Gym, sauna, 2 shower rooms, toilet, a game room with ping pong table, pool table and “futbolin”

The Garden has a very large swimming pool plus a children’s pool. There is also a covered BBQ area with bar.

There is also a Tennis Court, with equipment provided.

There are separate Staff quarters on the estate. Plus a Garage for 7 cars. and a perimeter alarm system in the garden.
