Located on the top of the village of Carmona, on the outsides of Seville, it offers a superb view on all the churches and convent roofs on one side, and on the other side a view onto the castle of King Don Pedro.

On the other side of the house there is a huge patio with fountain opening onto the garden and the main gallery with sofas, chairs and table, perfect for a drink or just to relax with a book.

Carmona is a city of Roman origin with numerous gothic, renaissance and baroque churches, convents and palaces. It is located close to highway connecting Sevilla with Córdoba, at 30 Kilometres from Sevilla and 100 from Córdoba.

The Sevilla international airport is just a quarter of an hour from Carmona and the high speed train AVE station is 20 minutes away.

Apart from Sevilla and Córdoba, a visit to Ronda, Granada, Jerez or the Coto Doñana is perfectly feasible during the day.
