The property was part of the Arabs foundations of the Alcazar palacio.
The property offers one of the most flowered patios of Andalucia and also has 3 breathtaking terraces overlooking the Alcazar garden, King Juan Carlos Palace.
The patio located on top is fully equiped with sofas, fountain, summer kitchen, dining table for 12 persons.
The decoration is very elegant and refined with an impresive collection of antiques and paintings. In fact the owners, one of the oldest aristocratic families.
The villa has recently gone through 2 years of building works and refurbishment to add all the modern equipments such as the Air Conditioning and a lift.
The house is on 3 levels with a “U” design with the patio in the middle.
On the Ground floor is the Main entrance onto the Patio and the fountain. The main gallery opens on the left to the hall entrance, on the right the lift for the 2 floors. A fully equiped kitchen and laundry. On the other side of the gallery, you access the dining room which can accomodate up to 24 persons. Guest toilets
From there, the main stairs take you to the First floor drawing room, which is a huge room with many sofas entirely openned to the patio but also with a view onto the Alcazar garden.
On this floor, you have a very nice terrace, perfect for breakfast lunch or diners. Still from this main room, double doors opens to the TV room and a bar, with sofas, a playing table and internet connection.

On the Second floor there is a Corridor with the staircase and the lift. 4 double bedrooms with ensuite full bathrooms. Another terrace is in the middle of the 2 wings.
