This lovely villa sits just above the sea on the promontory of Ansedonia, overlooking the peninsula of the Argentario and the island of Giannutri.
On the entrance side of the estate there are green gardens, a swimming pool and the villa itself gives on to a terrace with stairs leading down to the sea and a spectacular view of the water, boats and islands.
The estate is completely private with direct access to the sea.
Tennis courts are nearby and one can rent boats easily from nearby Cala Galera.
There are several interesting archeological sites of Roman and Etruscan towns in the area.
Lovely islands are a short boat ride away.

The furnishings are a mixture of collected pieces from Bali, Polynesia, Morocco and other exotic locations and are very comfortable.
The upholstery has just been renovated and there are very good bathrooms, kitchen, and an electric gateway.
There is a sandy beach nearby for children (a five minute drive from the villa) and tennis courts nearby. Boats can be rented and riding stables can be found.
STAFF: The housekeeper would be included for the mornings while the cook and additional housekeeper hours are by separate payment.

The towns of Port' Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano are lovely seaside villages with a ferry running to Giglio from Porto Santo Stefano.
