Tuscany Coast Villa 7194 is located in the centre of Forte dei Marmi just few meters from the shopping area in a very exclusive position just 100 meters from the beach.

It was built at the beginning of 1900 in liberty style with an armonious and formal design.

The villa is composed of 4 floors: Ground floor. First floor. Second floor and Tower. It can accomodate up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms each one with private bathroom (4 ensuite) plus one bedroom for the staff on ground floor. With very high standards, fully airconditioned (in all rooms) plus a jacuzzi pool on the outside area.

On the Ground floor: From a round staircase you reach a terrace where there is the main entrance to the house that opens on the left to a marble staircase and towards the front a living room with magnificent sunlight through large windows. The elegant living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a large TV.

The living room opens to the dining area which is also reached by an independant entrance which connects with the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities like fridge, microwave oven and even an ice maker machine.

From the kitchen just beside the staircase you reach the bedroom with bathroom, which is usually reserved for the staff. From there you can reach the back of the house where there is the laundry area and the private parking (max 2 cars) and the automatic gate.

On the First Floor: Through a fantastic marble staircase you can reach the first floor where there are four bedrooms. Two are double bedrooms with private bathroom, there is also a double bedroom with private bathroom and terrace, and one single bedroom with a splendid panoramic sun terrace with seaview.

On the Second Floor there is the master suite with a small living room with bar corner and the luxury furnished master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

On this same floor you reach the clockroom with another bathroom.

From the second floor from a staircase you can reach the Tower which dominates the property. Here there are breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains.

The outside area which is about 300 square meters is composed of an outside covered dining area with barbecue, gazebo with sofas, jacuzzi pool and several tables and chairs.

There are 2 entrances one with automatic gate for vehicles and one for pedestrians with walkway to the front of the house.
