Featuring the finest in Costa Rican furnishings. Most of the intricately carved, burnished wood pieces, drapery fabrics and materials have been handmade by local artisans and hand-selected especially for this Villa. From the massive four poster canopy beds to the most delicate of living room side tables. The artwork you will find throughout this luxury vacation home also reflects the finest work of Costa Rica's fine artists.

The Villa is equipped with every modern kitchen appliance, including a commercial-sized freezer that makes 150 pounds of ice cubes daily to keep your soft drinks and happy hour cocktails cold!

On the First Floor there is a bedroom with King Size bed. Another bedroom with Queen Size bed, and another bedroom with Queen Size bed.

On the Second Floor is a bedroom with King Size bed.

On the Third Floor there are four bedrooms each with King Size beds.

In seperate staff quarters there is a King Size bed.

There is also a Queen size sofa bed and four twin sleepers, for additional sleeping space.

As comfortable and palacial outside as in, the villa's patios, decks, balconies and pool feature the finest in outdoor furniture, perfect for that first cup of morning coffee ... or a last little nightcap under the starry Costa Rica sky!

To maximize your individual comfort levels, we have installed separate Air Conditioning Systems in the living areas and in each of the bedroom suites.

Perfect for soaking away the aches and pains from a day of Costa Rican adventure -- or to celebrate that special romantic occasion -- the villa’s luxury jacuzzi is yours to enjoy night and day.

The Villa also offers a closet full of fun, sports and games stuff for you and your fellow guests to enjoy! Binoculars, tennis rackets, golf clubs, fishing rods ... just to name a few! If you don't find what you're looking for, just ask your Staff, and they will do their best to find it for you.

Even on vacation, there are times when you have to be in touch with outside world. To help you out, they have provided a house computer, complete with email and internet access. A fax machine is also available. There is also a private phone for your personal use. Long distance charges will be billed to your credit card number. There are two satellite cell phones available for rental during your stay. Please note: most regular cell phones don't work in Costa Rica. Please let us know prior to your arrival if your party requires more than two rental satellite phones.

Plucked from the lush grounds, fresh tropical fruit and flowers are set out daily for your enjoyment. Bed and bath linens are changed daily, and there are plenty of plush pool towels available.

Fresh Seafood • The local Pacific waters provide some of the best fish and seafood in the world! You will find a selection of fresh fish and fresh lobster, caught right in front of the villa, and stored in the kitchen freezer. Your Chef will be more than happy to grill, broil, steam or fry up the fresh seafood of your choice.

Reservation includes: Roundtrip transportation between Tambor Airport and the villa, via private van with driver, including luggage handling. * Champagne cocktails to welcome you on your first evening * The Services of a private driver, and a brand-new 15-passenger van throughout the entire week.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner each day ... including an abundance of freshly picked local produce and freshly caught seafood, selected according to your own personal tastes and desires, and prepared by your private chef and bartender!

Medical Services • For minor injuries and/or illnesses, there is a medical center located not far from the Palace. A local ambulance is available for emergencies. Should more serious medical attention be required, there is a very reputable hospital in San Jose.
