On the First Floor is a large master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

Guest Cottage 1 offers a children's play room, 2 twin/double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, bedroom with 2 bunk beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.

Guest Cottage 2 has a twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower.

Guest Cottage 3 has a double bedroom suitable for staff or teenager, and en-suite shower room.

Full Staff of Maid for daily cleaning each morning and afternoon. Final Cleaning. Chef, all meals will be provided. Chef will purchase groceries, guests settle grocery account locally. Breakfast will be available and ready from 8.00 am to 10.00 am. Clients will be expected to help the chef to clear table after Breakfast. Lunch will be ready from 1.00 pm. Food will be left in the fridge for clients to serve themselves. Clients are asked to clear tables and set the dishwasher, leaving the kitchen clean and clear for the chefs return in the afternoon to prepare the evening meals. Evening meal is ready for 8.00 pm and served at the table by waitress who stays until 11.00pm. Clients are responsible for clearing away anything that is left after the waitress leaves. Waitress to be included only when whole estate is booked. If you wish any additional maid service to do the after meal clearing, etc. the cost will be €13/hour.
